Review Process and Anonymity
CASAXR2026 uses a double-blind review process. Therefore, all submitted papers and supplementary materials must be fully anonymous.
Anonymity Guidelines:
Authors must:
- Remove all author names and institutional affiliations from the title page.
- Remove author information from page headers.
- Eliminate any text that could directly identify the authors
When citing your own previously published work, refer to it in the third person. For example:
- ✔ “In [3], Mountain and River proposed …”
- ✘ “In [3], we proposed …”
Make sure that the PDF metadata does not contain author information, as some PDF tools may include it automatically.
Failure to comply with these requirements will result in automatic rejection.

Review Process Details
By submitting a paper to CASAXR26, authors agree to the peer-review process. Each manuscript is evaluated by qualified experts selected by the Conference Committee.
If a paper is accepted, authors must submit a revised camera-ready version that addresses all reviewer comments.
The double-blind review process ensures that both author and reviewer identities remain confidential throughout the review.
The CASAXR26 committees invest significant effort in reviewing submissions and organizing high-quality conference sessions.
Awards
Several awards will be presented during the conference, including the CASAXR26 Best Paper Award.
Camera-Ready Submission Requirements
If your paper is accepted, you must comply with the following requirements:
- A copyright form must be submitted before publication. The conference secretary will provide instructions.
- At least one author must be registered and attend the conference to present the paper.
- Authors are encouraged to include their ORCID ID in the camera-ready version.
Dual Submissions and Self-Plagiarism Policy
By submitting a manuscript to CASAXR26, authors confirm that:
- The work has not been previously published or accepted in a substantially similar form.
- The manuscript is not under review at another peer-reviewed journal, conference, or workshop.
- No substantially similar paper has been or will be submitted elsewhere during the review period.
As a general guideline, the CASAXR26 submission should contain no more than 20% overlap with previously published work.
Violation of these policies will result in rejection.
